A meal. Even though you drink it, it is not meant only for refreshment or an extra dose of protein. It combines wholegrain oats, plant protein, fibre, carbohydrates and fats, and is made for the moments when real hunger kicks in. A smoothie is something on the side. Niamito is for a meal.

The creamy UHT line can be stored at room temperature until opened, so it is great for the shelf, office or road. The fresh HPP line contains real fruit and is treated with high pressure, so it needs to stay in the fridge. After opening, keep both chilled and follow the instructions on the packaging.

Niamito contains sugars - we don’t hide that. Depending on the recipe, sweetness comes from organic ingredients such as agave or date syrup, fruit and fruit juices. We do not use artificial sweeteners or white refined sugar. You can find the exact sugar content for each flavour on the label and through the QR code.
